Please contact our customer service team for a return address. (LETSUNG expects packages to be returned in as original a condition as possible.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. After returning the item, please provide our customer service with the tracking number to process the return or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. We typically process your return package within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Note on shipping costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. If the product is returned for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. In the event of product failure, we will cover the shipping costs for products purchased within six months. Products purchased more than six months ago will be shipped at the customer&#039;s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 year guarantee<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LETSUNG offers a 3-year warranty from the date you receive the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warranty Waivers<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This warranty does NOT cover damage to the device resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or other acts beyond LETSUNG&#039;s control. If you have any quality problems, please contact customer service to resolve them for you .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>special instructions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LETSUNG usually returns the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like another faster shipping method, please contact our customer service to provide you with a better alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund process<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive your return or exchange, it may take 3 to 5 business days to process.
