Return process:

At LETSUNG, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our dedicated quality control and quality assurance teams inspect your items before shipping.

If you have an after-sales inquiry, please contact our customer service.

Defect on arrival (DBA)

If you receive DBA products, please contact our customer service within 7 days.

1) Both the packaging and the product are damaged:
Send the pictures of the items/packages received to our customer service, paying attention to the details of the problem to be attached.
2) Wrong product received:
Please send photos of the incorrectly delivered product, the shipping label and the order information to our customer service.

Tips: Please check the contents of the package carefully before signing for it.

30 days returns & exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange by contacting our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date.

Note: If a return is not due to quality problems, LETSUNG will charge a fee of 5 % (service and handling fees).

Return process

1. Please contact our customer service team for a return address. (LETSUNG expects packages to be returned in as original a condition as possible.)

2. After returning the item, please provide our customer service with the tracking number to process the return or exchange.

3. We typically process your return package within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

Note on shipping costs

1. If the product is returned for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

2. In the event of product failure, we will cover the shipping costs for products purchased within six months. Products purchased more than six months ago will be shipped at the customer's expense.

3 year guarantee

LETSUNG offers a 3-year warranty from the date you receive the product.

Warranty Waivers

This warranty does NOT cover damage to the device resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or other acts beyond LETSUNG's control. If you have any quality problems, please contact customer service to resolve them for you .

special instructions

LETSUNG usually returns the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number).

If you would like another faster shipping method, please contact our customer service to provide you with a better alternative.

Refund process

Once we receive your return or exchange, it may take 3 to 5 business days to process. The refund period (after the above processing time) is as follows:
Paypal account: 3 – 5 business days
Credit card: 7 – 14 working days

Not covered by the refund:

1) Products that have been misplaced or stolen
2) Products that have exceeded their warranty period
3) Products that have no quality problems (30 days after purchase)
4) Products received for free
5) Products repaired by third parties
6) Products damaged due to improper use (including but not limited to drops, extreme temperatures, water and improper use)
7) Products that have been used for more than six months cannot be refunded and can only be replaced with the same model.
